Moving Venue Hospitality
A cornerstone of London's most prestigious sporting and cultural events for over 20 years, flawlessly delivering exceptional catering experiences on a grand scale, no matter the size or complexity of the event. We have elevated hospitality, transforming our guest’s journey into an immersive, experiential event that goes far beyond traditional expectations. From the fast-paced thrills of Formula 1 at Silverstone to the refined elegance of Royal Ascot, we don’t just meet standards; we redefine them, and our dedication extends far beyond the plate.
Royal Ascot
A weeklong event where we cater to two distinct areas. In the Village Enclosure, we serve up to 800 guests daily with a three-course lunch and an innovative afternoon tea station. In The Villiers Club, we offer an informal experience for 850 guests daily with interactive food stations, afternoon tea, and an evening barbecue.
British Grand Prix
Over three days, we cater to 1,500 guests across five suites, serving buffet breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea. In 2022 and 2023, we proudly expanded with Octane Terrace, featuring high-end street food, celebrity chefs like Tommy Banks, Atul Kochar, and Angela Hartnett, and two-tiered marquees with rooftop bars for sunset sessions.
Farnborough & Paris Airshows
With 30 years of experience, we cater multiple chalets annually, offering buffets, seated lunches, live cooking, and wine tastings for 50 to 350 guests. This logistically demanding event requires months of planning but is highly rewarding, with many clients returning for over 20 years.
Lords: The Nursery Pavilion
Catering for up to 900 guests per match day in the Nursery Pavilion for test matches and One Day Internationals. Running from breakfast through to afternoon tea, with plenty of Pimm’s and lager alongside, we tailor the menu to the teams playing on particular days.
Twickenham: Kneller Hall
We cater to up to 1,200 guests on match days, offering a menu crafted specifically for rugby-loving fans. Each menu is thoughtfully designed to cater to the tastes and preferences of our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience that complements the excitement of the game.
Concours of Elegance
For three days, the gardens at Hampton Court Palace are home to over 300 of the finest and rarest motor cars ever to be seen. Moving Venue caters to the VIP hospitality tent, offering a breakfast buffet, seated lunch and afternoon tea for approximately 400 guests a day, and a gala dinner within the Palace itself.
