Moving Venue are incredibly proud of our portfolio of over 45 venue accreditations. This year, following rigorous tender processes, we have retained our accreditation at three of the most prestigious venues; Natural History Museum, Guildhall and The Troxy.

A PRESTIGIOUS PORTFOLIO

Moving Venue are incredibly proud of our heritage catering events in some of London’s most prestigious venues. Indeed, as a listed caterer at over 45 venues in London, we deliver events in some of the most unique venues in London. We are absolutely thrilled to share that this year we retained our accreditation at three of our favourite venues following rigorous tender processes.

Natural History Museum

The magnificent Natural History Museum offers many different, but equally memorable spaces for a range of events. From the world-famous Hintze Hall, with a capacity of up to 1,200 guests for standing events, to the more intimate 400-capacity Earth Hall and many spaces in between, the venue always offers an unforgettable event. Moving Venue’s experience catering events at the Natural History Museum truly is unparalleled; with a heritage spanning three incredible decades, we have delivered some phenomenal occasions. This year alone, for example, we catered over 20 events at the venue! We are thrilled to have been re-accredited and cannot wait to continue to deliver events in this remarkable venue.

Guildhall London

London’s Guildhall invites guests on a journey spanning nearly 2000 years; from the immersive Roman Amphitheatre through to the gothic grandeur of the Great Hall, to the largest surviving medieval crypts in London. Home to the City of London Corporation and located at the heart of the City, the impressive interiors of this Grade I-listed landmark provide the perfect setting for any occasion, large or small, daytime or evening. Guildhall is a spectacular venue, not to be missed! It is always a privilege to deliver events in such a prestigious venue and we are incredibly honoured to continue our accreditation at the venue which now spans over 20 years. Some highlights from events this year have been a reception to celebrate the 10^th Anniversary of the Olympics, the pre-WEURO final celebration and the Promax Awards ceremony.

The Troxy

This venue transports guests back to the glamorous era of the 1930s in the surrounds of the original art deco furnishings of the Grand Hall. The Troxy can host an impressive range of events from large receptions and product launches, to experiential dinners and concerts. Following a beautiful restoration during the pandemic, the venue is going from strength to strength. Moving Venue have been delivering events at the venue for nearly a decade and we look forward to many more in 2023.
