Moving Venue Hospitality at the Monaco Grand Prix
On the eve of our 40th birthday...
The Moving Venue Hospitality team found themselves in the glamorous setting of Monaco, eagerly anticipating an electrifying weekend of Formula 1 racing. This year, we had the honour of catering for the prestigious Green Room Experience aboard the luxurious Parillion yacht.
The Monaco Grand Prix, renowned for its challenging and narrow track winding through Monte Carlo’s scenic streets and tunnels, set the stage for an unforgettable event. Over two exhilarating days, our guests indulged in the opulence and exceptional service that define the Moving Venue experience.
Each morning began with our dedicated team enjoying a stunning sunrise commute to the Parillion, setting the tone for the day ahead. Upon arrival, guests were welcomed with chilled glasses of Champagne, followed by a delectable breakfast featuring our Croque Monsieur and mini bruschetta with tomato, basil, and mozzarella.
As the drivers pushed their cars to death-defying speeds of over 200 mph...
Our team seamlessly transitioned to serving a sumptuous summer lunch. Highlights included fillet of beef tagliata with rocket, potatoes, cherry tomatoes, shaved parmesan, and a grilled squash Caesar salad (vg).
The excitement peaked as Charles Leclerc claimed his spot on the podium, and we celebrated with an exquisite afternoon BBQ. Guests savoured Teriyaki beef skewers and seared tuna with toasted sesame seeds, wasabi citrus dressing, and mango and passion fruit salsa. Our lovely client from Hospitality Finder commented, “I can’t thank you all enough. Kim and David were incredible, as was the entire team. We have had nothing but positive feedback from clients…they said it was the best food yet, so well done!!”

Our skilled culinary team, supported by meticulous operational specialists, ensured every dish met the highest standards, perfectly complementing the high-profile events we serve.
