Angela Hartnett Cook-A-Long

Last month, we hosted 300 guests for a live cook-a-long with Michelin starred Angela Hartnett, making one of her classic recipes!

Each guest received an ingredients box ahead of the event, with everything they needed to re-create Angela’s classic white onion risotto. Guests also received a mini bottle of Prosecco to sip whilst they were hard at work in the kitchen.

During the cook-a-long Angela, talked the guests through each step of the recipe and treated them to some insider chef knowledge, as well as lots of useful hints and tips!

The event was hosted in our stunning tasting room kitchen in Bermondsey and our fantastic sister company Smart Live headed up all production, enabling live streaming of the cook-a-long to 300 households.

Once guests had completed cooking their dishes and had been talked through the art of professional plating, they were invited to enjoy their creations whilst Angela answered any questions.
