A Royal Start to Summer
Having been a staple in our calendar for many years now, in June, Moving Venue Hospitality returned to Royal Ascot, providing the catering for five days across both the Village Enclosure and the Villiers Club.

For years, Royal Ascot has been a quintessential highlight of, both, our calendar, and the British social calendar. This prestigious event goes beyond horse racing, blending sporting excellence with high society glamour, and has become a celebration of tradition and sophistication where attendees showcase their finest attire from flamboyant hats to tailored suits. The event’s rich history, which dates back over three centuries draws royalty, celebrities and racing enthusiasts alike.
In June, Moving Venue Hospitality returned to Royal Ascot, providing the catering for five days across both the Village Enclosure and the Villiers Club, with each area offering its own unique ambiance and culinary delights.
Over the course of the five days, Team MV served an astounding 9,647 covers. In the Village Enclosure, 4,983 guests indulged in an exquisite three-course lunch followed by our renowned, innovative, Around the World afternoon tea. In the Villiers Club, 4,664 guests enjoyed a more informal experience, enjoying our delectable, interactive food stations, afternoon tea, and an evening barbecue from our brand-new Blaze BBQs.
Guests truly embraced the celebratory spirit, indulging in 1450 bottles of champagne, and a remarkable 3,986 pints of Pimm’s over the course of the event!
