Elle Harper, Senior Planning Manager:

Serving decadent canapes across 4 locations within the Tower of London for the Constable's Installation. A truly memorable and prestigious event.

Simon Packer, Head Chef:

Dishing up one of the most incredible bespoke desserts at the NSPCC for the Childline Ball at Old Billingsgate. This was our 'Baking Bonanza', where everything aside from the cutlery was edible. Think mango yolk coulis and coconut pannacotta eggs, vanilla parfait 'butter', rocky road 'rolling pin'.

Ben Paris, Head of Sales:

Launching both Hokusai and The American Dream exhibitions at the British Museum. Our tailored menus suited both the Japanese and American themes respectively, including dessert sushi and sake, and a doughnut wall.
