We were delighted to cater for the first event by The London Luxury Wedding Collective, an initiative set up by Rupa Nagamootoo from Rupa Photography in a bid to encourage collaboration and learning between suppliers to the luxury wedding industry. The event, held at One Belgravia, included inspirational talks, interactive workshops, live shoots and an evening of networking, and was attended by over 60 of the movers and shakers from the industry.
Guests were served breakfast canapés on arrival, featuring Mini Croque Monsieur, Mini Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Bagels and Mini Eggs Florentine. Guests were later treated to a delicious three-course lunch; to start, Handpicked Brixham Crab with cucumber and crab cannelloni, followed by a Rack of Spring Lamb with warm Jersey royals filled with a trio of summer panna cotta. This was then rounded off with a show-stopping dessert station, featuring Snickers Verrines, Rose Meringue Pistachio Eton Mess, Sour Cherry Bitter Chocolate Pots, an assortment of macaroons and cake pops, and Meringue kisses.
