We are delighted to present our new Spring/Summer '18 menus. Written by Executive Chef, David Ridgway, these menus are lovingly created with fresh seasonal produce and are sure to wow guests at any event!

Some of our favourites from the menu include:

Devon hand picked crab salad with avocado tartare, spiced sesame tuille, sea vegetables

Breast of Duck, sticky rosemary fondant, walnut roasted tenderstem, carrot cream, mustard, shitake mushrooms

Caramel tart, banana mousse, milk chocolate, banana gel, milk crumb, coffee meringue
