Devon hand picked crab salad with avocado tartare, spiced sesame tuille, sea vegetables
Breast of Duck, sticky rosemary fondant, walnut roasted tenderstem, carrot cream, mustard, shitake mushrooms
Caramel tart, banana mousse, milk chocolate, banana gel, milk crumb, coffee meringue
