Last week we were delighted to cater for the launch of the National Gallery's new event spaces: The Secret Garden and Jubilee Walk. We hosted 150 event professionals in these spectacular new spaces and ensured they were fully immersed in the garden theme with our bespoke menu. Simon Lycett provided stunning florals alongside flower crowns, Stormont kept guests entertained, whilst Oxygen provided the most wonderful gold mirrored bar for our cocktail service in Jubilee Walk.
Canapés included lobster cocktail cones, alongside warm brioche pudding with tomato jam and basil cress, beautifully presented on our new range of garden and woodland trays, befitting of the space.
Bowl food included our Edible Garden - a pea and mint mousse with sugar snaps, mangetout and mushroom soil, as well as the unbelievably delicious grilled rump cap steak with Lyonnaise potatoes and béarnaise sauce.
After a speech, the guests made their way through to the Secret Garden for our garden station, incorporating both the savoury and sweet, meaning there was something for everyone!
Don't just take our word for it - view our short film to see the event in action!
