Pictet Asset Management welcomed 250 international guests into the British Museum for their annual gala dinner following a 2 day conference. Guests made their way into the Egyptian Gallery for some creative canapés and the opportunity to listen to curator, Jonathan Tubb. Moving Venue had the pleasure to work in conjunction with two Michelin star chef, Arnaud Bignon to produce a creative four course menu for guests to judge the flavours and ingredients via a quiz throughout dinner.
The menu was inspired by modern French cuisine with an Asian twist, with the aim to trick guests with unusual flavours. Arnaud Bignon was both in the kitchen and on stage to present his fantastic recipes that were very well received by guests and even more so by the winners!
