Moving Venue has created a series of seasonal menus that draw on South American flavours for the summer months.
'Latino Flavours' has been created for alfresco client and internal team employee entertaining. The menus include churrasco and caipirinhas, and can be tailored from drinks receptions and seated dinners to more casual affairs.
Designed by head chef Steve Williams, the menus use market fresh ingredients that are prepared to order and flamed over churrasquieras.
Moving Venue has one of the broadest reaches of the capital's alfresco event spaces; from the Museum of London and One Embankment to the Darwin Centre at the Natural History Museum.
Gail Heron, sales and marketing manager says 'We are really excited about summer 2014 as there is great confidence in the market. There is a real appetite for South American food in general, not just because of the World Cup, a trend reflected by the long queues at the churrasco stalls in the London street food markets.‘
