At Moving Venue, we proudly invite teams from our accredited venues to our vibrant kitchens in South East London, giving them a unique access to watch our chefs at work, taste our food and learn how to create some of the company’s signature dishes. We feel it is invaluable for the venues where we operate to experience our capabilities first hand and to see what happens behind the scenes.
Two teams from Unique Venues recently joined us for an educational and immersive experience. The first was a menu tasting and a ceviche masterclass with Moving Venue’s talented chefs, complimented by a selection of wines by Tom at The Vintner. The second team made mojitos and margaritas at a cocktail masterclass, followed by canapés, starters and mains, before enjoying some tempting desserts from our dessert station.
Another success was a canapé class followed by a two course seated tasting, which culminated in a final challenge, to create three desserts from the ingredients provided (summer pudding, rum baba and rose pistachio Eton mess). These team tastings provide the perfect opportunity for our clients to sample Moving Venue’s approach to catering whilst enhancing our working relations.
