On 13th February, we were delighted to be back with our friends at Hearst Live catering for the ELLE Style Awards 2017 at 41 Conduit Street.
With guests from Vivienne Westwood to Emma Watson, as the title of the awards suggests it was crucial that the menu was as stylish as it was delicious.
Canapés including porcini mushroom cigars and fillet of beef with béarnaise sauce were served alongside Nyetimber on arrival, before guests made their way downstairs for dinner.
Main course of mini steak pie, char grilled fillet steak, burnt baby onions and wilted spinach with parsley and potato mousseline, tarragon sauce ensured stomachs were lined for the very raucous after party.
Rather than a traditional coffee and petit fours, we worked with Grey Goose serving Orange Espresso Martinis prior to the awards hosted by Nick Grimshaw. Thandie Newton delivered one of the most memorable speeches we've ever experienced and Beth Ditto had us begging to be her best friend.
Post Awards the cocktails flowed whilst Sink the Pink had guests dancing on the tables. One of Hearst's favourite items our Buttermilk fried chicken burgers with kimchee, such a hit at Esquire Townhouse made a reappearance and guests soon snapped these up.
With an event hosting the great and the good, no detail had been left untouched, we especially loved the marble chargers, matching salt and pepper pots and gold cutlery. Hearst Live designed the amazing table centres alongside the production partner Event Concept which were a real talking point.
