Autumn/Winter Menu Launch

With Autumn approaching, the days are getting shorter, colder and the nights are drawing in. In honour of the new season, what better way to see it in than with our beautifully crafted and delicious new Autumn/Winter menus!

Boasting seasonal ingredients and classic wintery flavours we have selected some of our favourite dishes as a sneak peek!

For starters, the London cured smoked salmon, beetroot, apple and dill salad, apple pancakes, caviar crème fraiche is undoubtedly a crowd pleaser. Upon reading a classic dish, but with an entirely fresh approach befitting of 2019.

For mains, pressed lamb shoulder, honey and black garlic glazed fondant, squash cream, goats curd, mint oil was a strong favourite within the team. With deliciously tender lamb, the whole dish exudes bold and earthy flavours that make it perfect as a rich yet understated main course, ideal for the upcoming winter months!

Meanwhile, over in pastry, we got to experience the incredible ‘Black forest woodland’, which incorporates black cherry domes, amarena cherries, activated charcoal milk crumb, puffed rice, white chocolate ice-cream and tarragon. This exquisitely crafted dessert is not only beautiful, but also tastes incredible.

Finally, a dish that most definitely deserves a special mention in our list of favourites is the Cheesecake custard apple, spiced apple compote, cinnamon crunch. This stunning dessert is delicately hand crafted by our incredibly talented pastry team and is absolutely bursting with flavour.
