A peek at our Autumn Winter 2017 menu

It’s not like us to wish the summer away – especially given the eclectic mix of weather we have recently been having – but if there’s one thing we are looking forward to about the night’s drawing in – it’s our new Autumn/Winter menus!

Our Chefs have been busy beavering away in the development kitchen, whilst the sales team have been salivating over our new dishes - which we are offering you the chance to be the first to try!

Starters

Gin cured and scorched salmon, spiced buttermilk, seaweed and carrot salad, ginger and dashi sauce

Sweet parsnip croquettes, curry sauce, spinach, curry pickles (v)

Spicy fillet of beef salad, miso mushroom ketchup, rainbow radish, crispy enoki, hazelnuts

Crispy chicken with fennel jam, n’duja mayonnaise, burnt cucumber, mustard dressing

Mains

Roast cutlet and slow cooked shoulder of lamb, red cabbage, sticky rosemary fondant potato, buttered greens

Roast black bass, shallot and roast cauliflower puree, butternut squash and roasted barley

Citrus breast of duck with spiced duck leg bonbon, mustard dauphinoise, parsnip cream, wilted greens, port reduction

Aubergine tortellini, burnt aubergine cream, kale pesto, tenderstem broccoli with chilli and toasted pinenuts (v)

Dessert

Baked honeyed fig and almond tart, toasted almond, panettone crouton, burnt orange and milk ice cream 

Chocolate pumpkin pie, pecan, toffee brittle

Hot Peanut butter fondant, salted brittle and passion fruit sorbet

Vanilla cheesecake, mulled wine poached pear, cinnamon crumb, port reduction and salted honeycomb
