We may not be able to offer a choice on the night, but our development Chef produces seasonal menus for small luxury events and large events where both quality and logistics meet to balance taste and delivery.

Choose your favourites from crowd pleasers, gourmet classics and the contemporary newcomers then come along and join us at our tasting rooms to taste, tweak and talk to our Chefs.

We have an eclectic wine list and a superb wine merchant who makes the launch of our annual wine list both fun and educating. 

At your tasting you’ll try a classic or bespoke signature cocktail, followed by some bubbles if desired, quaffing wine for your reception, along with fine wines that sit beautifully with your chosen menu.
