Our Story



We celebrated 30 this year and are proud of our library of spectacular events both indoors and outdoors with some great clients and big brands. We recently became a luxury catering brand in the Smart Group of companies, a dynamic and well regarded group which is still overseen by the original founder.

We understand the quirks and idiosyncrasies of all of the places where we work and are happy to share our experience, advising you what is best for your event.

We are a genuine and honest company keeping it real -  the food, ingredients, kitchen and team shots here were taken during real kitchen preparation for events, client tastings and sampling our new wine list.

There is a bit of spillage, some extra caramelisation and a few well worked stoves but it gives you a flavour of  the true spirit of our team and company and how we prepare behind the scenes for your event.



As our name suggests we don’t stand still.

We have become a nation of foodies and our part in this great British revolution is to champion trends and create a stir with our style of catering, tailoring great ideas for small and large events.

Naturally, where possible, we use local and seasonal produce and we love nothing more than mixing up our traditional ingredients from the larder with a sprinkle of modern techniques and international influence. 


Our team is made up of an eclectic bunch all of whom have a great passion for food, delivering spot on events and happy guests. 

The love of what we do translates into every dish created by our chefs, served by well trained front of house staff through to the execution meticulously planned by our operations team.

Whether we are working on a small or grand scale, we always have a personal, friendly touch and we believe that’s why we’re still going strong after so many years.
