Moving Venue cater Defaqto's Night of the Diamonds and Stars

Last week Moving Venue served over 300 guests for Defaqto’s 2015 Night of the Diamonds and Stars at the Victoria and Albert Museum, London. 

Defaqto, an independent researcher of financial products, hold the Night of the Diamonds and Stars each year to celebrate the launch of the year’s ‘Diamond Ratings and Star Ratings’, which provide an independent, robust and trusted assessment of the quality of financial products and funds. 

Guests were treated to champagne and canapés in the Dome with a  captivating opera performance before sitting down to a three-course dinner, designed by Moving Venue’s creative chefs, in the Raphael Gallery. 

The menu featured pan fried sea bass, heart of palm, warm salad of green beans and tomato with an orange butter sauce; followed by a main of lamb rack, blueberry puree, goats cheese and pistachio crust, boulangère potato, baby artichoke, carrot and fève; and confit apple, pain de gene, dulche de leche sauce, ginger mousse and green apple sorbet to finish.
